Street Diner is Brighton's biggest weekly street food event which I co-founded six years ago. I operate all aspects of the market, from trader recruitment to social media. Street Diner has put Brighton street food firmly on the national map, it has produced award-winning traders and has featured in BBC Good Food Magazine, Olive, Elle and The Independent. And while we run every Friday from a church garden in central Brighton, we've also popped up at major city events, including The British Street Food Awards, The Brighton Marathon and Brighton Fringe Festival. It's my greatest side hustle and I'm constantly on a diet.
